
Andrew Patka, Founding Partner
Andrew is a multi-domain expert and disruptive innovator across his diverse roles at startups, Fortune 50 companies, world-leading institutions and consultancies.
As a Technology & Strategy Associate Fellow at Verizon, Andrew drove numerous multi-Billion dollar initiatives, collaborating closely with Senior Executives and cross-organization decision-makers. He is known for identifying key underlying issues and orchestrating holistic, data-driven solutions that deliver measurably high business value. At Verizon, his results spanned Operations, IT, Product Development, Network Planning, and Digital Customer Experience.
Before Verizon, Andrew ran a boutique consultancy that provided strategic insights and major innovations to Network providers, Platform suppliers, Device/silicon vendors and the Venture Capital community.
Andrew was the founder of MassMedia Communications, a Networking product company that he sold to Bell Labs, prior to establishing his first consultancy. Earlier in his career, he was a member with faculty appointment at MIT’s Project Athena, where his work on networking was subsequently continued in his role as Investigator at BBN Laboratories.
Andrew has served as an Advisor and board member at numerous startups and has authored 21 patents in diverse areas such as Networking, Signaling, Wireless, and Customer Experience. Andrew holds dual undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Music as well a Masters degree in Computer Science.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys history, playing jazz & classical piano and taking hiking trips with friends and family.
Akiti Kohli
Akiti is an entrepreneur focused on creating and enhancing the experiences of individuals and corporations. She is passionate about developing and executing 360-degree customer experiences and products through organizational and functional change management.
Previously, as the Associate Director of Verizon's Mobile & Home Product Management team, Akiti managed and drove the success of a portfolio of programs, devices, products and experiences to elevate Verizon's Product, Network & Technology capabilities within Telecom.
Prior to Verizon, Akiti served as Digital Channel Product Manager at BlackRock, where she brought transformative change to how financial firms utilize marketing and technology to reach and grow their end customer base through digital platforms and lifecycle marketing.
Akiti practices and encourages a well-rounded knowledge and exprience base. In that effort, she studied Philosophy, Diplomacy, International Relations and Legal Studies in Business at Seton Hall University and acquired two Marketing Certifications from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. She is an avid traveller having been to 19 countries and 49 States of the US and speaks 9 languages.


Seng is a hands-on technical and product specialist, with deep expertise across multiple domains. He designs and delivers excellent end-user experience and provides highly innovative approaches and solutions to complex, challenging problems.
Seng takes a highly collaborative approach in his work with our client teams, factoring in multiple points of view and facilitating consensus across multiple levels.
Seng is also an innovative and prolific inventor, with 43 patents in 4G/5G/WiFi, Cloud Computing, and AI/ML. His expertise spans diverse technical roles at Verizon, IBM, Sprint, Clearwire, and Nokia.

Eric Gieseke
Eric is an accomplished technologist and entrepreneur with over thee decades of experience in software architecture, engineering and Executive leadership. As the founder and CEO of Pago Capital, he led the development of blockchain-based payment solutions, focusing on secure, fast and inclusive transactions. He is also co-founder of DIYVA, an AI virtual assistant platform that enhances digital engagement.
As a lecturer at Harvard University, Eric teaches Software Design and Data Engineering, with a design-first approach in applying principles, patterns and models. He holds a Master of Liberal Arts in IT and Software Engineering from Harvard and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Eric is a disruptive innovator and author of 16 patents across domains such as data storage and analysis, RFID technologies, and fraud detection systems.
